In 2003, Jennifer transitioned from her hectic entertainment industry lifestyle into an exciting life of motherhood, and a career that would allow her to have more flexibility while still utilizing her unparalleled negotiating and marketing skills. Working in real estate while raising her daughter, Jennifer quickly became known as "Mom The Realtor."

Trained in collaborative dispute resolution and having earned her CREDS (Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), Jennifer has grown her business by being of service to people who are experiencing relationship restructuring and are in need of residential and commercial real estate advice when going through divorce, probate, or conservatorship situations. "My team and I are incredibly effective negotiators and sales people, but first and foremost, we are real estate consultants. We ask thought provoking questions that most real estate professionals would never ask. People come to us for honest, straight forward advice and creative solutions. Along with their attorneys, financial advisors, fiduciaries and even mental health professionals, we are an important voice in formulating smart strategies for our clients, resulting in less stress and more profit."

Jennifer enjoys spiritual studies, is an ordained minister and practices Reiki healing. She enjoys pilates, snow skiing, horseback riding, golf, wine tasting, traveling, watching documentaries, and supporting various charitable organizations.
